Organisation

Lanyon Bowdler

I am a solicitor and a partner at Lanyon Bowdler solicitors. I specialise in agricultural and commercial property law focusing mainly on rural property, rural businesses and renewable energy projects. I advise individuals, partnerships, companies and other organisations on their day to day property needs and future planning, often working closely with our Private Client Team (Wills, Probate and Succession Planning) and our Corporate Team (Partnerships, Company Structures and Joint Ventures etc).

I have practiced as a solicitor for over 10 years and have spent most of my time focusing on work in North and Mid-Wales and Cheshire. I have a passion for agriculture and the rural economy in general and I enjoy playing my part in assisting those individuals and businesses who will be keeping the rural economy going for decades to come.

By way of background, I was raised on a hill farm in South Snowdonia, a sheep and beef farm which several decades ago diversified into tourism. I am a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and have been awarded the Chairman’s Trophy for achieving the highest mark. I am also a Welsh Speaker.
