Emma is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive and Associate in the private
client team handling a varied caseload. Emma specialises in the preparation of wills
from straight forward to those dealing with more complex issues, such as the
inclusion of trusts for asset protection and/or for inheritance tax strategy reasons, the
preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and estate administration of
all estates including complex, high net worth estates involving trusts and/or
inheritance tax issues where claims are required to be made for agricultural and/or
business property relief.

Emma’s work also include inheritance tax and succession planning advice which
means working very closely with our commercial and agricultural and corporate
teams, specifically with regard to succession planning.

Emma is a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and an Affiliate
Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
